Happy Trails

Wild horses couldn't drag us away from this avant garde designer's fanciful frocks.

Saddle up, cowgirls. There's a new style sheriff in town, and her name is Antonia Goy. This Berlin-based emerging talent's line for Spring/Summer 2008 is chockablock filled with references to all things horsy—from stirrup and saddle graphics, to equestrian-inspired white button-down shirts, to gingham prints that would make even Annie Oakley thrill, these pieces are instilled with a bit of Wild West spunk—but enough polish to make them a must-have for any Miami girl worth her weight in cowboy boots. That's why Goy is one of five avant garde finalists in our STYLES 2008 competition, which goes down tonight in New York.

Feeling a little bit shy about putting your new four-legged friend on display? Go subtle and accessorize with her monochromatic silk scarf in a graphic horse print. Looking to go out and wrangle a hot steer? Goy's crisp gingham sundress may look sweet, but is guaranteed to get any guy's blood boiling. For a more laid back afternoon mosey about town, Goy has got you covered, too. Throw on one of her graphic halters with a broken in pair of jeans—you'll look subtly sexy but totally effortless, just like a real cowgirl.

Now that you've got the carefree clothes, don't you feel like you're ready to giddy up, ride off into the sunset and experience a little happily ever after? Yee-haw.
