Signature Sangria...Need We Say More?
The Design District's newest hot spot will give you a lesson in geography!
Corsica, Majorca, the Straits of Gibraltar. Bullfighting, siestas, and flamenco. If what you're craving is a real slice of Spanish culture, don't exchange your dollars for euros quite yet. Dacra Development has done it again and this time they're conquering the Mediterranean.
Brosia Miami, Bridge House Restaurants newest creation, has a menu to rival its signature location. The Rabbit Stifado, Chermoula Prawns or Brosia Cobb we sampled during a sneak peek couldn't have tasted better if we were dining under a canopy of branches from 150-year-old white oak trees. And you will be, as Brosia's floor to ceiling glass doors open into the lush Oak Plaza. After managing a 300-seat restaurant concept in Merrick Park, you can be sure that chef Arthur Artiles has the energy and insight to please Miami's demanding diner.
What more could you want other than Spanish wine, stunning architecture and a Fendi Casa right around the corner....how about Internet? Yes, Starbucks is no longer the only locale where you can get a strong signal past 8 p.m. But we suggest leaving your Blackberry at home. Just this once. We won't tell you what makes it "signature," but their sangria might leave you feeling a little tipsy, and no one wants to be a drunk dialer!
Brosia is located at 163 NE 39th Street. For more information on their November opening, send them an email here.
