We've gotten our hands on the recipe for their popular Starboard Seadog Martini. Seriously, could a drink be more summery than that?

* 2 oz. Ruby Red Absolut vodka
*1 oz. Triple sec or Cointreau
* ½ oz. lime juice (Rose's)
* 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled, salt-rimmed martini glass. Orange life preserver optional.
