Definitely the scene at which to be seen, The 2nd Annual Gen Art Chicago Film Festival proved that big name stars like Bijou Phillips aren't the only ones who can sparkle on the red carpet—it seems that local film junkies also have style in spades. From the glamorous Opening Night shindig at the cavernous Ravenswood Billboard Factory to the Closing Night festivities at Enclave, a Chicago nightlife mainstay, citizens of the Second City showed off their first-class style for five nights going—which is no small feat.
