If You Like Pina Coladas...

Experience local art while you play putt putt in the beautiful outdoors.

You've enjoyed the gorgeous views of the city over dinner at Rusty Pelican. You've sipped mojitos poolside together at the Delano. You've shopped Lincoln Road, strolled the Vizcaya gardens, and seen every good flick that's out right now. What's a couple to do?

Get off the worn path and head to a haven in the Upper East Side corridor of the city known as Back9. This mini-golf course is curated by Miami's local artist scene, and each hole features a different art obstacle created by a rotation of our most important talents including Hernan Bas, Daniel Arsham, Martin Oppel, Roberto Behar and Rosario Marquardt, Bhakti Baxter, Tao Rey, Cristina Lei Rodriguez and Ali Prosch. (If those names aren't enough to lure your date in, the fact that you get a free rum beverage with each round you play just might.)

For the less athletically-inclined, there's hope, too. The outdoor space plays home to movie screenings on Thursday nights, with popcorn and pina coladas included in the $7 ticket price. Up next on their slate: "Jimi Plays Monterey and Shake! Otis at Monterey", a documentary about the musical giants.

So it's official. Break the rut. You have no more excuses for going on the same boring dates. You can thank us later!
