Well-heeled New Yorkers who heart cocktails know that Soho's Pegu Club is the place to score an interesting and delish, albeit stiff, drink. Pegu's fabulous owner, Audrey Saunders, gave Pulse the recipe for her ever-popular signature Pegu Club Cocktail. Drink up kiddies!

* ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
* ¾ oz. Cointreau
* 2 oz. Tanqueray gin
*1 dash of Angostura bitters

Measure all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
